Returns Policy & Exchanges

Thank you for your business! At trendzfair, we aim to be your first choice marketplace for festival fashion and gear, through which you express yourself.

Returns and exchanges are being accepted, but please expect delays due to staffing limitations and COVID safety requirements.

To start the return process, visit our Returns page here. You will need your order number and email or phone number used during your purchase to begin the online return process.

Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks to process your return


To process an exchange, choose 'Exchange' and 'Store credit exchange' on our returns form process. You will be given full refund for the cost of items in the form of store credit, minus any delivery costs associated with getting your items sent back to us.

Important: We are unable to honor any previous sale prices or expired discounts on new orders.

Our Return Policy

You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from trendzfair—both new and sale items within 30 days of receiving your items. We require that items be kept in new condition with tags attached, subject to the rules listed below.

  • You will be responsible for return delivery costs, excluding faulty/defective returns.

We don't accept returns after the relevant returns period mentioned above. We do not make any exceptions.

Returning Faulty/Defective Items?

If an item arrived faulty or defective upon arrival, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and cover the delivery cost of return shipping.

Photos and a detailed description will be required in our online returns process.

New Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ experience are super important, so certain items can’t be exchanged or returned for refunds including:

  • Handmade items, including crystal crowns and flower pieces
  • Jewelry
  • Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
  • Apparel and Lingerie if the hygiene seal is not intact or any packaging/labels have been broken
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any packaging/labels have been broken
  • Face Gems if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
  • Pasties if the seal has been tampered with or is broken

We get it, sometimes you want to try an item on like you would in a physical store, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, washed, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

All items are inspected on return.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're properly packed up and can't get damaged on the way!

Make sure you get proof of postage and tracking number.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If this happens and you'd like these items returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Return Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s), they will be reviewed by our QualityAssurance Team. If our QualityAssurance Team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).


Refunds can only be made to verified payment methods or given in the form of store credit.

For order disputes, late delivery, missing packages, or other order-related issues, please contact us immediately. We only utilize trusted logistics companies, and final decisions will be based on the outcome of their research and analysis of each package.

Although it is a very rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be affected by out-of-stock items, pricing errors, shipping errors, or any unforeseen issues. You will be contacted if any of these issues arise.

We reserve the right to NOT ship out your order within 24 hours if there is any issue with payment, shipping cost, inventory, shipping address, billing, or any unforeseen incidents.


If you recently made a purchase and would like to cancel or make changes please contact us right away, our shipping timeline varies but in most cases, it takes up to 12 hours to process and ship your package. Changes made after the shipping timeline will not be accepted as your order is likely out for delivery.

Missing Items

If you have received your package and any items are missing, please contact us immediately for assistance. A missing item will not qualify as a return but we will promptly send you the missing items.

Fair Use

If we detect an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning again - more often than even the most loyal trendzfair customer would order, or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we may deactivate the account and any associated accounts. This is commonly known as 'returns fraud' and it greatly damages small businesses like ours.

We reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
