Returns & Exchanges
We only cover returns or exchanges for defected products. We do not cover returns or exchanges for any other reasons. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturers defect then you may request to return it within 30 days of original purchase.
We encourage you to utilize our size guides to ensure your products fit you as you expect. All orders are final, especially after the shipping date - it is your responsibility to check that your order is to your liking.
If you recently made a purchase and would like to make changes please contact us right away, our shipping timeline varies but in most cases it takes 24 hours to process and ship your package, changes made after the shipping timeline will not be accepted as your order is likely out for delivery.
If you have made a purchase and your products do not fit you as you assumed we cannot issue you a return or exchange as this does not qualify as a manufactured defect.
When requesting a return, exchange or refund for a defected product you do not need to pay for return shipping. Just e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know that you want to return or exchange, then we will send you a prepaid label.
Once we receive the returned or exchange item it will be checked for manufacturer’s defect. When it is determined as defected, a customer service representative will issue a refund or process an exchange. You will be notified via e-mail.
If we receive a product that is not in defected condition we will send it back to you and we will not be able to issue a refund or process an exchange.
For returns or cancellation of any order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly cancel any accidental orders. To prevent issues, please contact us for details before placing an order.
Refunds will be made only to verified credit cards or given in the form of store credit.
For order disputes, late delivery, missing packages, or other order related issues, please contact us immediately. We only utilize trusted logistics companies, and final decisions will be based on the outcome of their research and analysis of each package.
Although it is a very rare occurrence, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be affected by out-of-stock items, pricing errors, shipping errors, or any unforeseen issues. You will be contacted if any of these issues arise.
We reserve the right to NOT ship out your order within 24 hours if there is any issue with payment, shipping cost, inventory, shipping address, billing, or any unforeseen incidents.
Some refunds may take within 3 weeks to process of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
